摘 要:采用熔融共混法分别制备了碳纳米管,石墨烯填充 SIS(聚苯乙烯-聚异戊二烯-聚苯 乙烯)三嵌段共聚物的复合材料。通过小角散射(SAXS),动态力学分析仪(DMA),旋转流变 仪研究了两种填料对复合材料的微观结构以及动态流变学的影响。研究表明碳纳米管和石 墨烯的加入不会改变 SIS 的相结构,但可以限制两相分子链的运动。复合材料的黏弹性受填 料的结构和含量影响。碳纳米管的加入对 SIS 复合材料的黏弹性改变要强于石墨烯。当碳纳 米管添加质量分数为 1% 时,复合体系发生了黏弹逾渗。

Effect of Graphene and Carbon Nanotubes on Dynamic Rheology of SIS

Abstract:Carbon nanotubes, graphene filled SIS(polystyrene-polyisoprene-polystyrene) tri block copolymer composites were prepared by melt blending method, respectively. The effects of the two fillers on the microstructure and dynamic rheology of the composites were investi gated by small angle scattering (SAXS), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and rotational
rheometry. The result showed that the addition of carbon nanotubes and graphene did not change the phase structure of SIS, but could restrict the movement of two-phase molecular chains. The viscoelasticity of the composite was affected by the structure and content of the filler. The addition of carbon nanotubes changed the viscoelasticity of SIS composites more than graphene. When the mass fraction of carbon nanotubes was 1%, the viscoelastic percola tion of the composite system occurred.
