摘 要:经熔融共混分别制备了两种羧酸型丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM-220、PA-526)与聚乳酸(PLA)
的共混物,探究羧酸型丙烯酸酯橡胶对聚乳酸的增韧效果以及反应性增容剂乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯-甲 基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯橡胶(EVM-GMA)对增韧效果的影响;分别利用转矩流变仪、傅里叶变换红 外光谱分析仪(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、万能电子拉力机对共混 物的加工流动性、增容反应、结晶性能、微观形貌、力学性能进行表征。结果表明,羧酸型丙烯酸酯 橡胶对 PLA的加工流动性影响较小,对 PLA的结晶性影响较大;高温熔融过程中 EVM-GMA与 PLA 实现了增容反应;反应性增容剂 EVM-GMA 显著提升了羧酸型丙烯酸酯橡胶与 PLA 的界 面相容性;羧酸型丙烯酸酯橡胶对增容后的聚乳酸增韧效果更加显著,PA-526的增韧效果最佳。

Study on Toughening of Polylactic Acid by Carboxylic Acrylate Rubber

Abstract:Two kinds of carboxylic acid acrylate rubber (ACM-220, PA-526) and polylactic acid (PLA) blends were prepared by melt blending. The toughening effect of carboxylic acid acrylate rubber on polylactic acid and the effect of reactive compatibilizer ethylene-vinyl acetateglycidyl methacrylate rubber (EVM-GMA) on toughening effect were investigated. The pro cessing fluidity, compatibilization reaction, crystallization properties, microstructure and mechanical properties of the blends were characterized by torque rheometer, Fourier transform
infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and universal electronic tensile machine. The results show that carboxylic acid acrylate rubber has little effect on the processing fluidity of PLA,and has great effect on the crystallization of PLA. The compatibilization reaction between EVM-GMA and PLA was realized during high temperature melting. Reactive compatibilizer EVM-GMA significantly improved the interfacial compatibility between carboxylic acrylate rubber and PLA , the tough
ening effect of carboxylic acid acrylate rubber on PLA is more obvious, and PA-526 has the best toughening effect.
