摘要: 为了开发新型具有杀螨活性的化合物,以2,6-二氟苯腈为原料,经过取代和肟化反应,设计、合成了8个结构新颖的含氟肟醚结构化合物,结构经过1H NMR、13C NMR和高分辨质谱进行表征确证。初步的杀螨活性测试结果表明,所合成的8种新型含氟芳基肟醚类化合物均表现出一定程度的杀螨活性,其中化合物4 h在质量浓度为20 mg · L-1时,对二斑叶螨成螨的致死率为80%优于商品化杀螨剂炔螨特。

Synthesis and Bioactivity of Novel Fluoro-aryl Oxime Ether Compounds

Abstract: In order to develop new compounds with acaricidal activity, 8 novel compounds containing fluoroxime ether were designed and synthesized by substitution and oxime reaction using 2, 6-difluorobenzonitrile as a starting reagent. The structures were characterized and confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. The preliminary results of acaricidal activity test showed that the eight compounds showed a certain degree of acaricidal activity, among which the lethality rate of compound 4 h against adult mites of two-spotted leaf mite was 80% when the mass concentration was 20 mg · L-1.
