摘要: 制备了一种多孔有机聚合物负载金属钯催化剂(Pd/POP-PPh3)并将其应用于间二硝基苯的选择性氢化反应。对催化剂进行了扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表征和氮气吸脱附测试。在Pd/POP-PPh3 催化间二硝基苯制备间硝基苯胺的反应测试中,对H2压力、反应溶剂、反应温度和反应时间进行了探讨。以甲醇为反应溶剂,氢气压力0.8 MPa,60 ℃,1.5 h为最佳反应条件,间硝基苯胺的收率可以达到96.3%。

Preparation of Porous Organic Polymer Supported Palladium Catalyst and Application in Selective Hydrogenation of m-Dinitrobenzene

Abstract: A porous organic polymer supported palladium was prepared for the selective hydrogenation of m-dinitrobenzene. The catalyst was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and N2 adsorption-desorption analysis. In the reaction test of Pd/POP-PPh3 catalyzed 1,3-dinitrobenzene to m-nitroaniline, H2 pressure, reaction solvent, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. With methanol as the reaction solvent, under H2 pressure of 0.8 MPa, at 60 ℃ for 1.5 h, m-nitroaniline in 96.3% was obtained.
