本质阻燃聚烯烃研究进展

摘要: 通过共聚、接枝、卤化等手段在聚烯烃链中引入阻燃元素或基团,可将易燃、可燃聚烯烃材料转化为具有本质阻燃性的材料。本质阻燃聚烯烃材料可以避免由于阻燃剂与基体材料的相容性差引起聚烯烃的力学性能变差;一些小分子阻燃剂在聚烯烃使用过程中会从基体材料中析出,使得阻燃剂不起作用且析出的阻燃剂也会对环境造成污染等缺点。本质阻燃聚烯烃材料不仅提高了阻燃效率,同时也扩大了聚烯烃材料的应用范围。综述了本质阻燃聚烯烃材料发展历程,依据阻燃基体的类型进行了详细的归纳,并对本质阻燃聚烯烃材料面临的问题及发展趋势进行了分析和展望。

Abstract: The definition for inherent flame retardant polymer was extended to polymers which have the flame retardant improved by chemically modifying on their backbones or side-chains. Inherently flame retardant polyolefin are possessing excellent flame retardant due to its unique chemical structures. These materials are eliminating the new addition of external flame retardants with the polymeric matrix. It is possible to replace conventional polymers with inherently flame polyolefin in the future. In recent years many reach works were carried with largest varieties of traditional polymer materials even though, the limited reports are available with the inherently flame retardant polyolefin material. In this paper, several inherently flame retardants polyolefin were introducedand the flame retardant mechanismflame retardant effect and development direction were summarized And the future technique for inherently flame retardant polyolefin was prospected.
