苯乙烯与二烯烃共聚合的研究进展

摘要: 苯乙烯-二烯烃共聚物综合性能优异、应用广泛。总结了国内外合成苯乙烯-二烯烃共聚物的聚合体系,重点对比了不同聚合体系下共聚物的结构、组成及形态的特点。配位聚合所得共聚物中苯乙烯和二烯烃链节都具有特殊且稳定的微观结构。综述了配位聚合中各种催化剂体系对苯乙烯与丁二烯或异戊二烯的共聚合研究进展。

Abstract: Styrene-diolefin copolymer is a new kind of material obtained by copolymerization of styrene and diolefin in recent decades, which combines the excellent comprehensive performance properties of two homopolymers and be widely applied in the manufacturing industry. In this work, the polymerization systems of styrene-diolefin copolymers were summarized. The structure, composition and morphology of copolymers under different polymerization systems were compared. Especially in coordination polymerization, styrene can obtain isotactic or syndyotactic polymer while isoprene can obtain cis-form or trans-form structures which can give the polymer unique and novel structure and properties. The copolymerization progress of styrene with butadiene or isoprene with various catalyst systems was introduced in detail.
