不同温度下增塑剂含量对聚氯乙烯板材 超临界发泡性能的影响

摘要: 采用环保无毒害的超临界二氧化碳(SC-CO2)作为物理发泡剂,通过控制发泡温度以及调整增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOP)含量来探究不同发泡温度下DOP含量对聚氯乙烯(PVC)板材超临界发泡性能的影响。扫描电镜(SEM)照片表明:增加PVC泡沫中增塑剂的含量或升高超临界发泡温度均会使泡孔尺寸增大,二者存在协同作用。同时,发现在115 ℃发泡时,添加40份增塑剂的PVC泡沫其泡孔结构出现褶皱,泡孔结构尺寸稳定性欠佳因而硬度显著下降。而且,通过对泡沫密度的测试表明:PVC板材增塑剂含量≥30份时,提升增塑剂含量可以达到升高发泡温度近似的发泡效果。

Influence of Plasticizer Content on Supercritical Foaming Properties of

PVC Sheets at Different Temperatures

Abstract: Environmental friendly and non-toxic supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) was used as the physical foaming agent, the effects of plasticizer dioctyl phthalate (DOP) content on the supercritical foaming performance of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheets at different foaming temperatures were investigated by controlling the foaming temperature and adjusting the DOP content. SEM images showed the cell size of PVC foam increased with the increase of supercritical foaming temperature and content of plasticizer, and there is a synergistic effect between this two factors. At the same time, it was found that the cell structure of PVC foam with 40 parts of plasticizer was wrinkled when foaming at 115 , and the hardness was significantly decreased due to the poor dimensional stability of the cell structure. Moreover, through the density test of the foam showed that when the plasticizer filled in PVC sheet is 30 parts, increasing the plasticizer content can achieved approximate foaming performance of increasing the foaming temperature.
