摘要: 基于赤泥制备的层状双金属氢氧化物通过磷酸二氢铵进行改性(ADP/LDH)。表征测试证明,ADP/LDH是二维层状结构且具有良好的分散性。通过熔融共混法将ADP/LDH添加到热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)中以制备TPU复合材料。通过锥形量热法(CCT)和热重分析(TGA)对TPU复合材料进行测试。测试结果表明:与纯TPU相比,添加了ADP/LDH为阻燃剂的TPU复合材料的阻燃性能更加优异,其峰值放热速率(PHRR)和总热释放(THR)分别降低了5521%和63%。

Abstract: Layered double hydroxide prepared based on red mud was modified by ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADP/LDH). Characterization tests prove that ADP/LDH is a two-dimensional layered structure and has good dispersibility. Then ADP/LDH was added into thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) to prepare TPU composites. TPU composites were tested by cone calorimeter test (CCT) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results show the flame retardant performance of TPU composites with ADP/LDH as flame retardant is better than the pure, and its peak heat release rate and total heat release are reduced by 55.21% and 63%, respectively.
