基于大数据技术的配电网规划

摘要: 为了提高配电网规划的精准性,提出基于大数据技术的配电网规划方法。在基于MapReduce模型的配电网大数据结构化处理基础上,提出基于元胞属性大数据的空间负荷预测方法,基于变电站站址特征大数据的变电站预选址方法和基于Apriori算法的网架接线模式选择方法;提出了应用大数据技术后的配电网规划数学模型,并给出求解方法。银川实际电网规划结果验证了提出方法的有效性和准确性。

Abstract: This paper proposes a big data technologies-based distribution network planning method to improve the accuracy of distribution network planning. The structured data in distribution network are extracted by MapReduce model. The spatial load forecast is implemented based on cellular attribute structured data. The preliminary substation location selection is implemented based on substation characteristics structured data. The selection of network connection modes is implemented based on Apriori algorithm. The mathematical model of distribution network planning is proposed after the application of big data technologies. The effective and accuracy of the proposed method is verified by actual system numerical results in Yinchuan city.
