焊接参数对铝合金冷金属过渡焊接熔滴过渡行为的影响

摘要: 搭建高速摄像和电信号同步采集系统,对铝合金冷金属过渡焊接在不同参数下的熔滴过渡行为进行研究。研究结果表明:当送丝速度为55 m·min-1时,直流CMT焊接的熔滴过渡形式变为射滴过渡加短路过渡的混合模式,而交流CMT焊接为短路过渡方式,证明在相同参数下,交流CMT具有更低的热输入。

Abstract: A high-speed camera and electric signal synchronous acquisition system is built to study the droplet transfer behavior under different parameters of aluminum alloy CMT welding. The results show that when the wire feeding speed is 5.5 m·min-1, the droplet transfer form of DC CMT welding becomes a mixed mode of droplet transition and short circuit transition, while AC CMT welding is still a short circuit transition, which proves that under the same parameters, AC CMT has a lower heat input.
