单径向轴承安装三叉式万向联轴器的动力学分析

摘要: 建立采用单径向轴承安装的三叉式万向联轴器输出轴系统,建立考虑惯性力的动力学方程组。通过数值分析方法绘制出输入轴轴承处的受力、力矩,输出轴轴承、三叉杆等处的受力及输出力矩在输入轴转角转过1个周期内的波形图;采用ADAMS对导入的实体模型进行动力学仿真验证。结果表明:输入轴轴承上的两个径向力和力矩随输入转角的变化都3倍于输入轴的频率,其波形类似于正弦曲线;输出轴轴承上的2个径向分力的变化都3倍于输入轴的频率,且与正弦曲线相似;三叉杆臂上的3个圆周力的频率波形大致为正弦曲线且2倍于输入轴;输出力矩的波动频率3倍于输入轴且曲线类似于正弦曲线;动力学仿真实例验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract: Output shaft coordinate system of the tripod universal joint installed by a single radial bearing was established, and the dynamic equations considering the inertial forces was established. The force and torque of the input shaft bearing, the force of the output shaft bearing and the tripod, and the output torque waveform with a rotation of the input shaft was obtained by the numerical analysis. The simulation model was imported into ADAMS to compare with the theoretical analysis. The results show that the change of two radial forces and two moments of the input shaft bearing were triple of the input shaft rotation frequency, and the waveform was similar to the sinusoidal curve. The two radial forces on the output shaft bearing were triple of the input shaft rotation frequency and were similar to the sinusoidal curve. The frequency waveform of the three circular forces on the trident arm was roughly a sinusoidal curve and twice that of the input shaft. The fluctuation curve of the output torque was similar to a sinusoidal curve, which was triple of the input shaft. The dynamic simulation shows that the correctness of the analysis in theory.
