摘要: 选用乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺(EBS)作为白炭黑分散剂加入到天然橡胶(NR)中,研究其在天然橡胶中的应用。结果表明:添加EBS后,胶料的混炼功耗和门尼黏度降低,加工性能提高;胶料的焦烧时间(t10)提高,工艺正硫化时间(t90)降低,硫化特性得以改善;Payne效应下降,白炭黑在胶料中的分散性也得到提升,提高了力学性能;EBS的用量为2份时,NR胶料的综合性能最优;与加入市售分散剂BA的胶料相比,加入EBS的胶料加工安全性和力学性能更高,对环境也较为友好。

Abstract: In this work, ethylene bis-stearamide (EBS) was selected as silica dispersant, and its application in natural rubber (NR) was investigated. The results showed that the addition of EBS decreases the mixing energy consumption and Mooney viscosity, which implies an increase of processing performance. Adding EBS can increase the scorch time (t10) and decrease optimum cure time (t90) to improve the curing characteristics. The addition of EBS also can decreases Payne effect, which indicates an improvement of silica dispersion and rise of mechanical properties. When the amount of EBS is 2 parts per hundreds of rubber (phr), NR compound has the best comprehensive performance. Compared with a compound with commercially available dispersant BA, the compound with EBS has higher processing safety, and is more environmentally friendly.
