SBS增容LDPE/WGRT TPE的Mullins效应及其可逆回复行为

摘要: 采用熔融共混法制备了系列低密度聚乙烯(LDPE/废旧轮胎胶粉(WGRT)共混物,以苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)为增容剂制备了系列热塑性弹性体(TPE),并研究了两体系的力学性能、压缩Mullins效应及可逆回复行为。结果表明:与未增容体系相比,SBS增容后系列TPE的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和撕裂强度均显著提高;在单轴循环压缩过程中,两体系均表现出明显的Mullins效应,但增容后体系的瞬时残余应变、内耗、阻尼因子(tanδ)和应力软化因子均显著下降,表明高弹性获得改善;升温可改善Mullins效应的回复行为,且最佳温度为100 ℃,SBS增容也可提升回复能力。

Abstract: Low density polyethylene (LDPE)/waste ground rubber tire (WGRT) blends were prepared by melt-compounding, styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS) was used as a compatibilizer to prepare LDPE/SBS/WGRT TPEs. The mechanical properties, Mullins effect and reversibility of the blends and TPEs were investigated systematically. The results showed that the elongation at break, tensile strength and tearing strength of the LDPE/SBS/WGRT TPEs were much higher than that of the LDPE/WGRT blends. Mullins effect could be observed obviously during the uniaxial cyclic compression; however, the residual deformation, internal friction loss, tanδ and degree of stress softening effect were decreased obviously in the compression, which means the high elasticity of the LDPE/SBS/WGRT TPEs was higher than the LDPE/WGRT blends. Increasing temperature can greatly increase the reversibility of the Mullins effect, and the optimal temperature was 100 , the reversibility of the LDPE/SBS/WGRT TPEs was also higher than the LDPE/WGRT blends.
