正丙醇脱水萃取与共沸精馏隔壁塔工艺经济性对比

摘要: 针对正丙醇脱水分离的常规萃取精馏及共沸精馏工艺能耗较高的缺点,提出以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为萃取剂的萃取精馏隔壁塔工艺、以乙酸乙酯为共沸剂的共沸精馏隔壁塔工艺两种分离方案。利用Aspen Plus软件进行了以上两种流程模拟并以年度总费用最低为优化目标对两种工艺分别进行全局优化,得到两种流程的最优设备及操作参数,并对其经济性进行对比分析。结果表明:共沸精馏隔壁塔工艺的年度操作费用比萃取精馏隔壁塔工艺降低约2868%,其年度总费用降低约1763%,说明共沸精馏隔壁塔工艺更具经济优势和工业应用性。

Distillation Using Dividing Wall Column Process in Dehydration of NPropanol

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption for conventional extractive distillation process and azeotropic distillation process with npropanolwater system,two separation schemes,extractive distillation using dividing wall column process with dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) as extractant and azeotropic distillation using dividing wall column process with acetic ether as azeotrope, were carried out in this paper. Those two processes were simulated with Aspen Plus software. After the global optimization based on the lowest total annual cost, the respective optimal equipment and operating parameters of two processes could be taken and economy were compared with each other.The results show that the azeotropic distillation using dividing wall column process with the lowest azeotrope of the azeotrope is about 2868% cheaper in operating annual cost and about 1763% cheaper in total annual cost compared with the extractive distillation using dividing wall column process.It shows that the azeotropic distillation using dividing wall column process is more economical and has better industrial application.
