摘要: 利用Polyflow有限元分析软件模拟并对比分析了阻坝式机头、扩张式机头和阻坝扩张式机头3种机头结构对短纤维增强橡胶复合材料挤出成型过程流场的影响。对比分析结果表明:阻坝扩张式机头与阻坝式机头和扩张式机头相比,更有利于短纤维增强橡胶复合材料挤出成型过程中短纤维在橡胶基体中的径向取向。

FEA of Flow Field of Short Fiber and Rubber Composite Material
During Extrusion Process

Abstract: The effects of die structure including damdie, expansiondie and damexpansiondie on extrusion flow field of short fiber and rubber composite material during extrusion process has been researched by Polyflow. The FEA results about the pressure field, velocity field, the velocity vector of the short fiber and rubber composite material flow field indicate that, comparing with damdie or expansiondie, the damexpansiondie is better for the extrusion process of short fiber and rubber composite material and making short fibers get radial orientation in rubber matrix.
