摘要: 基于Aspen Plus建立石油焦氧气流化床气化制备合成气模型,用仿真模拟结果与实验值相比较,发现模拟值与实验值基本吻合。并且分析了不同条件下(气化温度、气化压强、氧气当量比(ER)、水蒸气与石油焦质量比(m(水)/m(石油焦))对合成气(H2+CO)体积分数、合成气产率、V(H2)/V(CO)的影响。结果表明:当氧气当量比为045时,合成气体积分数、合成气产率达到最大;升高温度有利于制备合成气,当温度达到850 ℃时,合成气体积分数和产率上升的趋势比较小;高压不利于制备合成气;通入水蒸气可以调节V(H2)/V(CO)的值,当m(水)/m(石油焦)为35时,此时的合成气可以制备甲醇。

Modeling and Simulation of Oxygen Gasification of Petroleum

Abstract: Based on Aspen Plus software, an oxygen gasification model of petroleum coke for syngas gas production in the fluidized bed was established. Comparing the simulation results with the experimental data, it was found that the simulated values are in agreement with the experimental values. The influence of gasification temperature, gasification pressure, ER and the mass ratio of steam to petroleum coke on the volume fraction of syngas (the volume fraction of hydrogen and carbon monoxide), syngas yield and the molar ratio of H2 to CO was analyzed. The results show that when the oxygen equivalent ratio is 045, the syngas volume fraction and the syngas yield reach the maximum. The higher temperature contributes to more syngas yield. When the temperature reaches 850 ℃, the volume fraction and syngas yield increase slightly. The high pressure is not conducive to the synthesis of syngas. The steam can adjust the molar ratio of H2 to CO in syngas. When the the mass ratio of H2O to PC is 035, the syngas can be prepared methanol.
