摘要: 以丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)和聚乳酸(PLA)为基体制备共混体系,填充木质素(AL)对其进行改性,研究了木质素用量对共混物力学性能和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:ACM/PLA共混物相比于纯ACM或纯PLA阻尼温域有所拓宽,ACM/PLA质量份比为60/40的阻尼温域较宽;添加木质素后,共混物力学性能有所下降,随着木质素用量的增加,共混物的拉伸强度提高,同时拉断伸长率有所下降;由于木质素中的摩擦效应,共混物的阻尼因子提高,阻尼温域拓宽,阻尼性能得到一定改善。ACM/PLA 的共混体系中,随木质素的增加,PLA冷结晶温度逐渐升高且冷结晶焓逐渐降低,PLA的结晶能力下降;添加木质素后,共混物的形状固定率基本不变,而形状回复率有所下降。

Properties of Ligninmodified Acrylate Rubber/Polylactic Acid Blends

Abstract: In this paper, the blends were prepared with acrylic rubber (ACM) and polylactic acid (PLA) as matrix, and lignin (AL) was added to modify the blends. The effects of lignin content on the mechanical properties and damping properties of the blends were investigated.The results showed that the damping temperature range of ACM/PLA blends was wider than that of pure ACM or pure PLA, and the damping temperature range of mass ratio of ACM/PLA70/30 was wider. After adding AL, the mechanical properties of the blends were decreased. Besides,with the increasing of AL, the tensile strength of the blends increased, and the elongation at break decreased at the same time.Due to the friction effect of AL in blends, the damping performance was improved that damping factor and damping temperature range was increased.The crystallization ability of PLA decreased that the cold crystallization temperature of PLA gradually increased and the cold crystallization enthalpy gradually decreased. After adding AL, the shape fixing rate of the blend remained basically unchanged, and the shape recovery rate decreased.
