波轮洗衣机脱水启动振动问题分析及其抑制方法

摘要: 针对波轮洗衣机脱水启动振动问题并提高脱水抗偏心性能进行了理论分析及方法研究。市场上的波轮洗衣机在带载条件下,脱水启动阶段经常出现外桶撞箱移位,甚至停机报警的现象,此问题不仅影响消费者使用体验,也造成能源浪费。因此,首先研究了波轮洗衣机的脱水振动特性,提出了一种提高脱水振动性能的方法:横向变阻尼减振器,利用有限元分析及实验验证了该理论的可行性。将该理论转化为实际产品后,不仅能大幅降低脱水启动阶段振动,并能有效提高波轮洗衣机的脱水抗偏心性能。

Abstract: The vibration of the spin drying startup process and antieccentricity performance of the top loaded washing machine would be studied in this paper. These phenomena of collision case, displacement and alarm are often happened on the top loaded washing machine with clothes. This problem not only affects consumer experience, but also causes energy waste. In this paper, the washing machine vibration characteristic for spin drying has been studied, a lateral variable damperfor improving the washing machine dehydration vibration performance has been proposed, the feasibility analysis of the theory has been finished by simulations and experiments. The vibration spin drying startup process is not only greatly reduced, but also the antieccentricity performance is improved by adopting the lateral variable damping damper.
