并用不同增黏助剂的间甲白黏合体系对所填充阻燃三元乙丙橡胶性能的影响

摘要: 在间甲白黏合体系中并用不同的增黏助剂,研究其对所填充阻燃三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)物理机械性能和界面粘合性能的影响。通过运用电子拉力试验机、氧指数测定仪等对胶料的物理机械性能、粘合性能及其阻燃性能进行表征。结果表明:不同的黏合体系对三元乙丙橡胶力学性能、耐液体性、耐热空气老化的影响较大;不同的黏合体系对三元乙丙橡胶的阻燃性、耐臭氧性、耐低温性的影响不大;采用黏合剂A与黏合树脂HRT1863的间甲白体系,所填充的EPDM胶料与未处理聚酯帘线H抽出力大于采用粘合剂A与粘合树脂PN760的间甲白体系;添加甲基丙烯酸锌作为增黏助剂在2种间甲白黏合体系中使用效果最好,可以明显提高20%左右的EPDM胶料与未处理聚酯帘线的H抽出力。

Effect of Different Adhesive Systems on Properties of EPDM Vulcanizates

Abstract: The effects of different additives on the physical and mechanical properties and interfacial adhesion properties of the flameretardant ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) were studied. In this paper, the physical and mechanical properties, adhesive properties and flame retardant properties of the compound were characterized by electronic tension tester and oxygen index tester. The results show that different adhesive systems have great influence on the mechanical properties, liquid resistance and thermooxidative aging properties of EPDM; Different adhesive systems have little effect on the flame retardancy, ozone resistance and low temperature resistance of EPDM; Using the resorcinolformaldehydesilica adhesion system of adhesive A and adhesive resin HRT1863, the H extraction force of the filled EPDM glue and the untreated polyester cord is greater than the resorcinolformaldehydesilica adhesion system using the adhesive A and the adhesive resin PN760;The addition of zinc methacrylate as an additive is the best in the two resorcinolformaldehydesilica adhesion system, which can obviously improve the H pulling force of the EPDM and the untreated polyester cord.
