正丙醇脱水常规共沸精馏工艺与隔壁塔精馏工艺经济性对比与分析

摘要: 使用Aspen Plus软件对正丙醇脱水常规双塔共沸精馏流程进行模拟和全局经济优化,在此基础上,进一步提出正丙醇脱水的共沸精馏隔壁塔三塔等价模型分离方案,并对该流程进行模拟和优化。结果表明:共沸精馏隔壁塔工艺过程与常规共沸精馏工艺过程相比,设备费用降低5252%,年度操作费用节约7033%,年度总费用降低6502%。这一研究结果将对化工生产中醇类脱水分离的工业应用具有一定的理论指导意义。

Abstract: We simulate and optimize the process of conventional twocolumn azeotropic distillation of npropanol dehydration using Aspen Plus software. Base on this process, threecolumn model of azeotropic distillation using dividing wall column process was proposed. We also use Aspen Plus software to simulate and optimize this process. The results show that azeotropic distillation using dividing wall column process is about 5252% less than the conventional azeotropic distillation process at capital cost, about 7033% less than the conventional azeotropic distillation process at operating cost, and about 6502% less than the conventional azeotropic distillation process at total annual cost. The result of this study will have a certain theoretical significance for the industrial application of alcohol dehydration separation in chemical production.
