水杨酸及其同系物水中溶解度的测定和关联

摘要: 利用浊度检测技术由合成法分别测定了水杨酸、对羟基苯甲酸、间羟基苯甲酸、4羟基间苯二甲酸在温度范围为2922536775 K常压下的水中溶解度数据。采用4种常用的溶解度关联模型对数据进行非线性拟合,优选出了两种拟合性较好的模型:Apelblat方程和经验方程。两种模型方程关联的总平均相对偏差分别为107%110%,总平均相关系数分别为0999 80999 8。两种模型都能较好的预测4种物质在相应温度范围内的水中溶解度数据,为相关物质的分离提纯工艺优化提供数据支撑。热力学分析表明溶解过程为吸热、非自发、熵驱动过程。根据热力学参数值,分析了4种物质水中溶解度随温度升高而增大及增大幅度相差较大原因。

Measurement and Correlation of Solubility of Salicylic Acid

and Its Homologues in Water

Abstract: Using turbidity detection technique, the solubility data of salicylic acid, phydroxybenzoic acid, mhydroxybenzoic acid and 4hydroxyisophthalic acid in water was measured by the synthetic method in the temperature range of 2922536775 K under the atmospheric pressure. Four commonly used solubility association models were used to fit the solubility data, and two kinds of fitting models are selected Apelblat equation and empirical equation. The total average relative deviations of the two model equations are 107%, 110% and the total average correlation coefficients are 0999 8, 0999 8, respectively. The two models can better predict the solubility data of the four substances in the corresponding temperature range, which provides data support for the optimization of the separation and purification process of the related substances. Thermodynamic analysis shows that the dissolution process is endothermic, nonspontaneous and entropy driven. According to the thermodynamic parameter value, the reason of the solubility of the four substances increased with the increase of temperature and the increase amplitude is so different between the four substances is analyzed.
