摘要: 使用偏光显微镜(POM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和广角X射线衍射仪(WAXD)等测试手段,研究了PBA/KBr(聚己二酸丁二醇酯/溴化钾)复合材料中KBr对PBA结晶行为和晶体结构的影响规律。结果表明:随着KBr含量的增加,PBA的成核密度不断增大,而球晶尺寸不断减小。此外,PBA的结晶温度和结晶速率都随着KBr含量的增加而提高。WAXD和拉曼光谱研究进一步表明,KBr促进PBA生成热力学稳定且降解速率更快的α型晶体。

Effects of KBr on Crystallization Behavior of Polymorphic Poly(Butylenes Adipate)

Abstract: The crystal behavior and structure of poly(butylene adipate) in its composite with KBr were investigated by means of POM, DSC, WAXD and Raman microscope. The results showed that KBr can greatly increase the nucleation density of PBA, and the crystallization kinetics of PBA accelerates with the increase of KBr content. WAXD and Raman results suggested that KBr promotes the formation of more thermodynamically stable αform PBA.
