摘要: 以EDTA、乙二醇、正硅酸四乙酯为原料,采用水热法合成了带有多种官能团的纳米SiO2胶体,采用TEM、XRD、EDS、FTIR、XPS等测试手段对其进行了表征,并研究了其荧光性质。结果表明,所制备的纳米SiO2胶体表面带有Si—O、C—N、CO、C—O、OH等多种官能团,纳米SiO2为无定形颗粒,其粒径约为20 nm,并具有良好的稳定性。多种官能团的存在使纳米SiO2胶体呈现出良好的荧光性能,在365 nm紫外灯光照射下,发射蓝色荧光,当激发波长为370 nm时,其荧光强度最佳,发射波长随激发波长增大产生红移现象。由于其优异的荧光性能,使其可作为荧光探针在生物成像等方面具有巨大的应用潜力。

Synthesis of NanoSiO2 Colloids with Multiple Functional
Groups and Their Fluorescence Properties

Abstract: In this paper, nanoSiO2 colloids with multiple functional groups were synthesized by hydrothermal method using EDTA, ethylene glycol and tetraethyl orthosilicate as raw materials, the products were characterized by TEM, XRD, EDS, FTIR, XPS, and the fluorescence properties of them were studied. The results showed that the surfaces of asprepared SiO2 colloids had multiple functional groups of Si—O, C—N, C O, C—O, OH. SiO2 nanoparticles with a diameter of about 20 nm were amorphous structure. The presence of various functional groups made the nanoSiO2 colloids showed good fluorescence properties. The fluorescence intensity was optimal when the excitation wavelength was 370 nm. And the emission wavelength showed redshift with the increase of the excitation wavelength. Based on their excellent fluorescence properties, nanoSiO2 colloids with multiple functional groups as a fluorescent probe might have a huge application potential in biological imaging.
