摘要: 金属钛是一种耐腐蚀性能非常好的材料,但钛金属材料价格昂贵。将纳米钛与有机高分子聚合物通过“嫁接”的方式制备纳米钛改性聚合物涂料,在金属结构的防腐蚀领域得到广泛应用,可以替代不锈钢结构,解决材料腐蚀的难题,大大减少经济损失,提高企业的经济效益。对国内外纳米钛改性聚合物涂料的研究现状进行了综述,并对纳米钛改性聚合物涂料的发展前景进行了展望。

Research State and Application of Polymer Coatings Modified by NanoTitanium LI Shaoxiang,WU Na
(College of Environment and Safety Engineering, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Qingdao 266042, China)Abstract: Metal titanium is a kind of material which has very good corrosion resistance. But the cost of metal titanium is expensive. If the polymers coatings which applied in the anticorrosion fields of metal structures can replace stainless steel were prepared by the grafting of nanotitanium and organic polymer, the problem of corrosion has been solved. Furthermore, it can reduce the economic loss greatly and improve enterprise’s economic efficiency. This paper reviewed the research state of polymer coatings modified by nano titanium. In addition, the future development of polymer coatings modified by nanotitanium has been prospected.
