摘要: 在高氯酸体系下,采用直接混合氧化聚合法合成高氯酸一次掺杂聚苯胺纳米材料,经氨水解掺杂后,再用高氯酸、草酸、钼酸、单宁酸对其进行二次掺杂得到二次掺杂聚苯胺纳米材料,采用扫描电镜、四探针电导率测试仪、红外及紫外光谱测试技术对产物进行了表征分析,并通过电化学工作站测试了不同聚苯胺/环氧树脂共混涂层的防腐性能。结果表明:通过二次掺杂过程,4种目标掺杂酸能有效掺杂到本征态聚苯胺分子链中;与本征态聚苯胺和高氯酸一次掺杂聚苯胺产物相比,二次掺杂态聚苯胺的纤维直径略有增加、纤维长度明显增长,且产物粗细更为均匀;聚苯胺/环氧树脂涂层在35% NaCl溶液中对Q235碳钢具有明显的防腐蚀效果,与一次掺杂态聚苯胺涂层相比,4种二次掺杂态聚苯胺涂层具有更好的防腐蚀性能,其中单宁酸和草酸二次掺杂态聚苯胺涂层具有最优的防腐效果,在浸泡120 d后的阻抗均保持在109 Ω·cm2以上。

Abstract: The perchloric doped polyaniline nanomaterials were prepared in perchloric acid system by the direct mixed oxidation polymerization method. After dedoped by the ammonia, the polyaniline were doped secondly by perchloric acid, oxalic acid, molybdic acid and tannic acid to prepare secondary doped polyaniline nanomaterials. The properties of the polyaniline materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope, fourprobe conductivity measurement, infrared spectrum and ultraviolet spectrum testing technology. The anticorrosion performance of epoxy resin blended with polyaniline coating was studied by electrochemical workstation. The results show that the four types doping acid can be effectively doped into emeraldine molecular link through the secondary doped method. Compared to emeraldine base and doped polyaniline product, secondary doping polyaniline fiber diameter increases slightly, fiber length grows obviously and the diameter of the product is more homogeneous. The polyaniline/epoxy coating has obvious anticorrosion effect on Q235 carbon steel in 35% NaCl solution. Four types secondary doping polyaniline coatings all have better anticorrosion performance than doped polyaniline coating. The tannic acid and oxalic acid secondary doping polyaniline coatings have the best anticorrosion effect and the both impedance are more than 109 Ω·cm2 after 120 d soaked.
