单甲基丙烯酸锌增强氢化丁腈橡胶复合材料

摘要: 在硫化过程中加入助硫剂,利用电子显微设备观察氢化丁腈橡胶分子内部形态结构变化。随着硫化时间的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和100%定伸应力均得到提升,断裂强度和断裂伸长率降低;随着单甲基丙烯酸锌用量的增加,氢化丁腈橡胶复合材料的力学性能得到提升,当单甲基丙烯酸锌用量为30份时,氢化丁腈橡胶具有较好的力学性能。

Abstract: The structure and morphology of hydrogenated nitrile rubber were observed by adding sulfur agent in the process of vulcanization. With the increase of vulcanization timethe tensile strength and modulus at 100% of the composites increased , the tear strength and elongation at break decreased.And with the increase of the amount of zinc methacrylate, the mechanical properties of hydrogenated nitrile rubber composite were improved. When the amount of mono zinc methacrylate was 30 phr, the hydrogenated nitrile rubber had better mechanical properties.
