摘要: 以瓜子皮、茶叶、树叶、核桃壳为原材料,利用高温高压反应釜对195 ℃、停留时间为4 h下4种不同生物质水热炭化后固液相产物进行对比分析以及作用机理探讨。研究表明:水热炭化过程使含碳量提高了6%~10%,物料的热值提高了10%~20%,能量产量也提高了15%~21%,同时也提高了固相物质的热稳定性;扫描电镜显示水热炭化产物表面出现大量的微球结构。红外光谱分析固液相产物以及液相产物中呈现较高的COD和TOC,表明水热炭化过程使纤维素和半纤维素发生了降解溶出,转化为葡萄糖以及有机酸等物质,而木质素未发生明显的变化。

Its Mechanism of Melon Skin, Tea, Leaves and Walnut Shells

Abstract: To deeply understand the mechanism of hydrothermal carbonization technology, this experiment chose melon skins, tea, leaves, walnut shells as raw material, processed through hydrothermal carbonization technology that its temperature is 195 ℃and its residence time is 4 h. The results showed that carbonization process could increase the carbon content of 6%—10%, the heating value of 10%—20%and the energy production of 15%—21%, while improving thermal solid phase material stability; scanning electron microscopy showed that the surface of hydrothermal carbonization product had a large number of microspheres. Infrared spectroscopic analysis presented in the solidliquid phase product and liquid products of high COD and TOC, indicating that hydrothermal carbonization process made cellulose and hemicellulose completely pyrolysis and convert to glucose, organic acids and other substances, but not lignin pyrolyzed.
