摘要: 用1丁基3甲基咪唑氯盐[Bmim]Cl,1丁基3甲基咪唑醋酸盐[Bmim]OAc和自制的1丁基3甲基咪唑咪唑盐离子液体([Bmim]Im)溶解左旋(PLLA)与右旋(PDLA)聚乳酸。结果表明,PLLA和PDLA在[Bmim]Cl中发生溶胀,不溶解;在[Bmim]OAc中降解严重;在[Bmim]Im中能够常温被溶解,并且较完全的析出。进一步考察PLLA与PDLA在[Bmim]·Im中溶解前后的FTIR,SEM,TGA,XRD以及比旋光度,表明[Bmim]Im溶解PLLA与PDLA的过程中,促使它们的相对分子质量减小,发生部分降解,热稳定性降低,比旋光度减小。但不会影响他们的官能团结构,并且不会改变他们的结晶度,维持较好的结晶性能。

Dissolution of Poly(Lactic Acid)(PLA) in Imidazolium Ionic Liquids

Abstract: Poly Llactic acid (PLLA) and (PDLA) were dissolved in 1butyl3methylimidazolium chloride ([Bmim]Cl), 1buty13methylimidazoliumacetate ([Bmim]OAc), 1butyl3methylimidazolium imidazolide ([Bmim]Im). The results showed that [Bmim]Cl could not dissolve them and degrade a lot in [Bmim]OAc. They could be dissolved in [Bmim]Im at room temperature and separated out by adding deionized water.The influence of [Bmim]Im on its structure, thermal stability, crystallization and optical activity were studied by FTIR, SEM, TGA, XRD. From that, during the process of dissolution of PLLA and PDLA, their molecular weight were reduced which means partial degradation, the thermal stability were decreased and the specific rotation were also reduced. Nevertheless, [Bmim]Im didn′t affect their functional structure and change their crystallinity which can maintain good crystallization properties. All of this could provide a broader basis for the research of solution of PLA.
