摘要: 合成了负载型金属催化剂并用于催化油酸甲酯加氢制备油醇,考察了Ru/Al2O3和Ru/Sn/Al2O3催化剂对催化加氢效果的影响,结果表明:相对于Ru/Al2O3催化剂,Ru/Sn/Al2O3是具有更佳加氢催化性能的催化剂。在油酸甲酯40 g、催化剂Ru/Sn/Al2O3 020 g(Ru、Sn的质量分数分别为26%和30%)、反应温度270 ℃、反应时间6 h、氢气压力5 MPa的较佳反应条件下,产物羟值191 mg·g-1和碘值9 mg·(100 g)-1。分离所得催化剂不经处理重复使用6次后,所得产物的羟值和碘值分别为183 mg·g-1和12 mg·(100 g)-1。采用XRD手段对使用前后的Ru/Sn/Al2O3和Ru/Al2O3催化剂进行了表征,结果表明:使用前后的催化剂在结构上没有发生明显的变化。

Hydrogenation of Methyl Oleate Using Supportedmetal Catalysts
for Production of Oleyl Alcohol

Abstract: The catalytic hydrogenation of methyl oleate was studied over supportedmetal catalysts and the catalytic hydrogenation performance of Ru/Al2O3 and Ru/Sn/Al2O3 were investigated. It is found that Ru/Sn/Al2O3 is the better catalyst compared to Ru/Al2O3. The better reaction conditions are obtained as follows: methyl oleate 40 g, Ru/Sn/Al2O3 02 g w(Ru)=26%, w(Sn)=30%, reaction temperature 270 ℃, reaction time 6 h and hydrogen pressure 5 MPa. Under the above reaction conditions, the hydroxyl value and iodine value of the product oleyl alcohol are 191 mg·g-1 and 9 mg·g-1, respectively. Otherwise, the separated catalytic system is reused 6 times without obviously decreasing its catalytic performance, and the hydroxyl value and iodine value of the product are 183 mg·g-1 and 12 mg·g-1. Moreover, the fresh catalyst and aged catalyst are characterized by XRD, the results show that the structure of two samples do not change significantly.
