基于离散元法的密炼机转子间隙对炭黑分散度影响的仿真

摘要: 运用离散元分析软件EDEM对1.7 L,5 L和25 L 3种型号的密炼机在不同转子间隙下的炭黑分散度进行了分析研究。通过建立橡胶聚粒之间橡胶和炭黑颗粒之间黏弹性力学模型,模拟了混炼过程中颗粒的运动、演化情况,得出密炼机转速为60 r·min-1时1.7 L,5 L和25 L 3种型号的密炼机最佳转子间隙分别为2.5,4.5,9~10 mm之间;结合现有实验条件对3种型号的密炼机在不同转速下的炭黑分散度进行了实验研究及EDEM模拟,验证了利用离散元法分析混炼过程中炭黑分散的可行性。

Abstract: The dispersion of carbon black in the mixing under the different rotor clearances for the three type mixers was studied by the discrete element analysis software EDEM. The particle dynamics and evolution were simulated using the viscoelastic rheological model of the interaction between the particles of rubber and carbon black. The results indicate that optimum rotor clearances are 2.5,4.5 and 9—10 mm for the 1.7 L,5 L and 25 L type mixer at the rotor speed 60 r·min-1. And more, the dispersion degree of carbon black in the tree types mixers at the different rotor speeds were test under the existing experimental conditions. The comparison results verify the feasibility of the discrete element method in the analysis of the dispersion of carbon black.
