聚苯乙烯/热塑性聚氨酯共混材料制备及超临界二氧化碳发泡

摘要: 利用熔融共混方法制备了不相容体系聚苯乙烯(PS)与热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)的共混物,采用超临界流体发泡方法制备了不同PS/TPU配比的发泡试样。研究了不同配比时共混试样的拉伸性能,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了发泡试样的泡孔结构。拉伸性能研究结果表明:随TPU含量增加,试样拉伸强度呈先降低后增加的趋势,两种组分各占一半时拉伸强度最低。当TPU质量分数为20%时,得到了细密均匀的发泡材料,泡孔尺寸小且泡孔分布均匀。

Preparation and Research of Polystyrene/Thermoplastic Polyurethane Blending Foams Blowed with Supercritical CO2

Abstract:  Incompatible blends system of polystyrene (PS) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) were prepared by melt blending method. The foams with various PS and TPU content ratio were prepared and blowed with supercritical fluid. The tensile property of the blends was investigated, and cell morphology was observed using a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Mechanics results showed that the tensile strength decreased first and then increased with the increase of TPU. When the two components were equal, the tensile strength reached its lowest point. Fine homogeneous foam structure with small cell size and uniform cell distribution was achieved when TPU content was 20%.
