摘要: 制备了杜仲胶/PBS(聚丁二酸丁二醇酯)复合材料,并研究了硫黄用量对杜仲胶/PBS复合材料力学性能和形状记忆性能的影响。结果表明:随着硫黄用量的增大,交联密度逐渐增大,力学性能下降,DSC(差示扫描量热分析)曲线上结晶熔融峰减弱,熔点降低,结晶性能下降;复合材料的形变固定率不断增加,形变回复率先增加后减小。由此,在杜仲胶/PBS共混比(质量份比)为90/10的前提下,硫黄质量份1~2份时,复合材料的综合性能较为优异。

Preparation and Properties of Shape-memory Eucommia Ulmoides Gum/PBS Composites

Abstract: The shape-memory Eucommia ulmoides gum/PBS composites was prepared in this paper. The mechanical properties, shape-memory performance of Eucommia ulmoides gum/PBS composites with different dosage of sulfur were mainly studied. The results showed that crosslink density and shape fixity rate of composites increased with the increasing of sulfur content, while mechanical properties, crystallization performance decreased with the increasing of sulfur content. The shape recovery first increased and then decreased with the increasing of sulfur content. Therefore, the comprehensive properties of composites were excellent when sulfur amount was 1~2 phr, and blend ratio of Eucommia ulmoides gum/PBS was 90/10.
