摘要: 针对乙酸乙酯-乙腈物系提出了以二甲基亚砜为萃取剂的连续萃取精馏分离方案,利用Aspen Plus对此分离工艺进行了模拟,以TAC(年度总费用)最小为目标函数进行全局经济优化,在此基础上,首次将该流程导入Aspen Dynamics并建立控制结构,针对基本控制结构存在的响应速度慢和波动幅度大的问题进行改进。结果表明:改进的固定R/F(回流量与进料量的比值)和Q/F(再沸器热负荷与进料量的比值)的比例控制结构,在流量和组成扰动下响应速度较快且产品纯度能维持在产品要求范围内。

Design and Control of Extractive Distillation for Separating Ethyl Acetate-Acetonitrile Azeotropic Systems

Abstract: The continuous extractive distillation is proposed for separating ethyl acetate/acetonitrile system using the dimethyl sulfoxide as entrainer. This separating process is simulated by Aspen Plus. Globe economic optimization is implemented by the minimum TAC (total annual cost) as objective function. Base on optimal parameters, the process was firstly imported into Aspen Dynamics to establish control structures. Considering the problems of bad sensitivity and large fluctuations, the basic control structure is improved. Result shows that the product purity can be maintained in a stable status and the speed of responses is faster with the improved control structure of fixed R/F (reflux rate to feed flow) and Q/F(reboiler duty to feed flow) proportional control.
