基于双适体识别化学发光成像技术检测血小板衍生生长因子

摘要: 以血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF-BB)为研究对象,利用核酸适体与其特异性识别作用,采用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)作为标记物,催化luminol-H2O2化学发光体系,通过化学发光成像技术建立PDGF-BB双适体识别生物传感器,实现对PDGF-BB的高灵敏检测。线性范围是0~10 nmol·L-1,检测限0-87 nmol·L-1;且具有良好的选择性,可实现人体血浆等复杂样品中PDGF-BB的特异性检测。

Chemiluminescence Imaging Assay of Platelet-derived Growth Factor Based on Dual-aptamer Recognition

Abstract: This study developed a chemiluminescence imaging assay (CLI) of platelet-derived growth factorBB (PDGFBB) based on its specific recognition to dual-aptamer. In this system, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was employed as labels. The resulting CLI biosensor achieved sensitive detection of PDGF-BB with a linear range of 0 to 10 nmol·L-1 and a detection limit of 0.87 nmol·L-1. In addition, this CLI biosensor exhibited good selectivity, achieving specific detection of PDGF-BB in complex sample, such as human serum.
