摘要: 采用气相色谱氢火焰离子化检测器(GCFID)建立巧酸霉饲料添加剂中微量丙三醇的内标定量分析方法。选用DBWAX(30 m×025 mm×025 μm)毛细管色谱柱,二乙二醇为内标物对丙三醇进行测定。结果表明:在20 ~ 1 000 mg·L -1浓度范围内,丙三醇的线性方程为Y =9138 9X - 0070 7,R=0999 9;067%和67% 2个质量分数添加水平的平均回收率分别为886%和1058%;样品8次重复测定的平均值为056%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为252%。

Determination of Glycerin in Qiaosuanmei Feed Additive

Abstract: The internal standard quantitative analysis method of glycerin in a Qiaosuanmei feed additive was established by GCFID. Glycerin was separated with DBWAX(30 m×025 mm×025 μm)capillary column and determined with diethylene glycol as internal standard substance. The result showed that among the 20—1 000 mg·L -1 concentration range, the liner equation was Y= 9138 9 X - 0070 7, R=0999 9. The average recovery of two mass concentration fortification levels of 067% and 67% were 886% and 1058%, respectively. By measuring 8 parallel sample, the mean value was obtained as 056%, and the RSD was 252%.
