摘要: 通过CuI催化的重氮酰胺与端基炔的交叉偶联反应,高效合成了11种此前未见报道的N芳基取代联烯酰胺类化合物。对底物适用范围进行了扩展。原料和产物都通过1H NMR、13C NMR、MS和元素分析表征,确定了结构。

Synthesis of Novel NAryl Substituted Dienamides

Abstract: Eleven novel Naryl substituted dienamides have been synthesized efficiently by the crosscoupling reaction between diazoacetamide and terminal alkynes.The substrates scope of this CuIcatalyzed reaction was explored.All substrates and products were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,MS and elemental analysis.
