花状硫化铋纳米结构的制备及其光热特性研究

 摘要: 以硝酸铋和硫脲为反应物,乙二醇为溶剂,制备了花状硫化铋纳米结构。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)及紫外可见分光光度法(UVVis)等手段,研究了铋源浓度、表面活性剂、反应时间等参数对产物形貌的影响;并对花状硫化铋材料的光热转换性能进行了研究。结果表明:铋源浓度为001 mol·L-1,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30作表面活性剂,反应温度80 ℃,反应时间20 min,得到花状硫化铋纳米结构;其粒度均一,分散均匀,在可见光波段具有较好的光热转换性能。

 Synthesis and Photothermal Conversion Property of Flowerlike Bi2S3 Nanostructures

Abstract: Flowerlike Bi2S3 nanostructures were synthesized with ethylene glycol as solvent, bismuth nitrate and thiourea as reactants. The products were analyzed with Xray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and ultravioletvisible (UVVis) spectrometer. The influence of the Bi3+ concentration, the reaction time and the surfactants on the morphologies of the products was investigated. Photothermal conversion property of the asprepared Bi2S3 was also studied. The results indicate that flowerlike Bi2S3 nanostructures (about 1 μm) could be synthesized when the reaction temperature was80 ℃, the Bi3+ concentration was 001 mol·L-1 and the reaction time was 20 min. The products show excellent photothermal conversion property in the visible light region.
