摘要: 以硝酸铋和硫脲为反应物,乙二醇为溶剂,制备了花状硫化铋纳米结构。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)及紫外可见分光光度法(UVVis)等手段,研究了铋源浓度、表面活性剂、反应时间等参数对产物形貌的影响;并对花状硫化铋材料的光热转换性能进行了研究。结果表明:铋源浓度为001 mol·L-1,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30作表面活性剂,反应温度80 ℃,反应时间20 min,得到花状硫化铋纳米结构;其粒度均一,分散均匀,在可见光波段具有较好的光热转换性能。

Synthesis and Photothermal Conversion Property of Flowerlike Bi2S3 Nanostructures

Abstract: Flowerlike Bi2S3 nanostructures were synthesized with ethylene glycol as solvent, bismuth nitrate and thiourea as reactants. The products were analyzed with Xray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and ultravioletvisible (UVVis) spectrometer. The influence of the Bi3+ concentration, the reaction time and the surfactants on the morphologies of the products was investigated. Photothermal conversion property of the asprepared Bi2S3 was also studied. The results indicate that flowerlike Bi2S3 nanostructures (about 1 μm) could be synthesized when the reaction temperature was80 ℃, the Bi3+ concentration was 001 mol·L-1 and the reaction time was 20 min. The products show excellent photothermal conversion property in the visible light region.
