摘要: 建立了PVC食品接触塑料中双酚A的检测方法。样品经四氢呋喃超声提取,C18固相萃取柱净化,高效液相色谱紫外检测器测定双酚A。结果表明:双酚A在02~10 μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(R2=0999 9),方法检测限(S/N=3)为032 mg·kg-1,本方法平均回收率在900%~950%之间。该分析方法快速、简便、可靠,可用于PVC食品接触塑料中双酚A的分析检测。

Determination of Bisphenol A in Food Contact Plastic with Solidphase Extraction and High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract: Method of determining bisphenol A in PVC food contact plastic, the sample was ultrasonic extraction with tetrahydrofuran, purification with C18 solid phase extraction column, sample detection of bisphenol A by high performance liquid chromatography. The results show that: bisphenol A in the concentration range of 02-10 μg·mL-1 have a good linear relationship (R2=0999 9), the method detection limit (S/N=3) for 032 mg·kg-1, the average recovery rate was 900%-950%. This method is rapid, simple, reliable, and can be used for analysis and detection of bisphenol A in PVC food contact plastic.
