摘要: 针对含中心贯穿裂纹的复合材料平板的单面胶接修补结构,结合复合材料的经典层合板理论,提出了一种预测该修补结构中胶层应力分布的方法,推导出胶接界面应力分布的解析模型的显式解。将解析解与有限元解进行对比,验证解析模型的有效性。该方法为复合材料单面胶接复合材料结构的修补设计提供了理论基础。

Analytical Analysis of Stress Distribution in Centercracked Composite Plates Bonded with Composite Patches

Abstract: For centercracked composite plates repaired with composite patches, the present thesis developed a method of predicting adhesion stress distribution based on the composites classical laminated plate theory. According to the boundary conditions, the theoretical solution of the stress distribution in centercracked composite plates bonded with composite patches is derived. Comparison of the theoretical solution and finite element solutions verifies the validity of the proposed model. This method provides a theoretical basis for repair design of the composite plates bonded with composite patches.
