摘要: 研究CSM(氯磺化聚乙烯)/BIIR(溴化丁基橡胶)共混比和高岭土用量对CSM与BIIR共混胶的物理机械性能和气密性的影响。结果表明:随着CSM用量的增加,CSM/BIIR共混胶的硬度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度略有下降,扯断伸长率略有上升,CSM对共混胶的耐老化性有一定的改善作用;BIIR共混少量CSM对共混胶的气密性无影响,当CSM用量大于15份时,随着CSM用量的增加,气密性下降。高岭土填充CSM/BIIR共混胶可以提高共混胶的气密性,随着高岭土用量的增加,CSM/BIIR共混胶的力学性能变化不大。

Study on Properties of CSM/BIIR Blend

Abstract: CSM/BIIR blend and physical processing properties were studied in this paper, especially the influence of the blend ratio of CSM/BIIR and dosage of kaolin on physical and mechanical properties and air impermeability. The results showed that, with the CSM dosage increasing, the hardness, tensile strength and tear strength of the compounds decreased slightly,but elongation at break increased a little. Besides, CSM contributed to the aging resistance of the compounds and there was little effect on the air impermeability of blending rubber. However, when the dosage of CSM was up to 15 phr, with CSM dosage, increasing air impermeability would decrease. With the help of kaolin, which was filled in the CSM/BIIR blend rubber, the air impermeability of the compounds improved, and the mechanical properties had little influence.
