带式啮合介质齿轮传动的模态分析

 摘要: 利用ANSYS软件对普通渐开线齿轮传动系统和带式啮合介质齿轮传动系统进行模态分析。分析结果表明:相比普通渐开线齿轮传动系统,带式啮合介质齿轮传动系统的固有频率增大,使得齿轮更不容易发生共振,柔性介质带的存在明显提高了齿轮传动的动态性能,起到了减振降噪的功能。通过改变介质带的弹性模量、泊松比、厚度等,研究相关参数对齿轮系统动态性能的影响,为介质带的参数选择和优化以及新型齿轮传动系统的设计提供了理论依据。

Vibration Modal Analysis of Gear Drive with Meshed Medium Belt

 Abstract: The gear drive with meshed medium belt and the involute spur gear transmission system modality analyzes by using ANSYS software.The analysis results show that compared with the involute spue gear transmission system, the natural frequency of gear transmission with meshed medium belt system increases so that the gear is less prone to resonance.Flexible medium significantly improves dynamic property of gear transmission and reduces the vibration and noise.Moreover, the effects of parameters on the gear system dynamic characteristics by changing elastic modulus, Poisson′s ratio, thickness of the medium belt were studied. And it provides theoretical basis for the design of selection and optimization of medium belt and the design of new gear transmission system.
