成型温度及时间对全胎胶粉粉末成型胶片性能的影响

摘要: 通过改变粉末成型的温度(150~170 ℃)和时间(10~30 min),确定胶粉成型的最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明,随着成型温度的增加和时间的延长,胶片的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均增大,交联密度逐渐降低;当成型温度为170 ℃,成型时间为20 min时,胶粉成型的性能最佳。

Effects of Molding Temperature and Time on Performance of  Film Made by Powder Compacting of the Whole Tire Rubber Powder

Abstract: The effects of molding temperature (150—170 ℃) and time (10—30 min) on the performance of the film made by powder compacting of the whole tire rubber powder were studied.The results showed that the tensile strength and elongation at break increased with the extension of the molding temperature and time, while the crosslinking density decreased.The optimum of powder compacting is 170 ℃ molded 20 min.
