块状橡胶连续塑炼机设计及其性能研究

摘要: 基于块状橡胶连续塑炼方法,设计并研制了用于块状橡胶连续塑炼的组合式双转子塑炼机。通过捏和块、啮合型转子、销钉机筒、六棱柱等各种组合型塑炼元件对胶料进行剪切、拉伸、挤压。实验结果表明:块状橡胶连续塑炼机使橡胶大分子链断裂,获得了较好的塑炼效果;与密炼机的塑炼实验结果对比,生产相同质量的塑炼胶,块状橡胶连续塑炼机消耗的最大功率明显低于密炼机,单位能耗比密炼机节能20%左右,生产能力为密炼机的3倍左右,门尼黏度与密炼机的相近。

Abstract: Based on the method of plasticating block rubber, the twinrotors mixer for plasticating block rubber continuously has been designed and manufactured. During the plasticating process, the rubber would bear shearing force, stretching force and squeezing force made by various combination type plasticating element of the twin rotors,such as kneading block, meshing rotors, pin barrel, six prism etc. As a rusult, the rubber molecular chain would be broken and the plasticating quality is fine. By the way, the maximum power consuming of twinrotors mixer is much lower than internal mixer plasticating the same rubber, and the unit power consuming is declined about 20% or so. Also, the produce ability is tripled or so, and the Mooney viscosity is similar to that of rubber mixer.
