RGO/BiVO4复合光催化剂的EDTA辅助水热合成及表征

 摘要: 以EDTA为络合剂,采用水热法制备了RGO/BiVO4复合光催化剂。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、Fourier变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(DRS)对产物进行了表征;并以亚甲基蓝为目标降解物,分析了复合光催化剂在可见光下的光催化活性。结果表明,RGO的加入有效提高了BiVO4的可见光光催化性能。当RGO的质量分数为15% 时,复合光催化剂的可见光催化活性最高,经100 min的可见光照射,亚甲基蓝的降解率达到95%。

EDTAassisted Hydrothermal Synthesis and Photocatalytic Property of RGO/BiVO4 Composites

Abstract:Reduced graphene oxide/BiVO4 (RGO/BiVO4) photocatalysts were prepared by a hydrothermal process using ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) as chelating agent. The asprepared samples were characterized by Xray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and UVVis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, respectively. The photocatalytic activity of RGO/BiVO4 photocatalyst was investigated via degradation of methyl blue (MB) under visiblelight irradiation. The results indicate that the visiblelight photocatalytic activity of RGO/BiVO4 is enhanced in the presence of RGO. The RGO/BiVO4 with graphene oxide (GO) of 15% (in mass) exhibited a superior photocatalytic activity, which the degradation rate of MB reached 95% after visible light irradiation for 100 min.
