摘要: 以EDTA为络合剂,采用水热法制备了RGO/BiVO4复合光催化剂。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、Fourier变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(DRS)对产物进行了表征;并以亚甲基蓝为目标降解物,分析了复合光催化剂在可见光下的光催化活性。结果表明,RGO的加入有效提高了BiVO4的可见光光催化性能。当RGO的质量分数为15% 时,复合光催化剂的可见光催化活性最高,经100 min的可见光照射,亚甲基蓝的降解率达到95%。

EDTAassisted Hydrothermal Synthesis and Photocatalytic Property of RGO/BiVO4 Composites

Abstract:Reduced graphene oxide/BiVO4 (RGO/BiVO4) photocatalysts were prepared by a hydrothermal process using ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) as chelating agent. The asprepared samples were characterized by Xray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and UVVis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, respectively. The photocatalytic activity of RGO/BiVO4 photocatalyst was investigated via degradation of methyl blue (MB) under visiblelight irradiation. The results indicate that the visiblelight photocatalytic activity of RGO/BiVO4 is enhanced in the presence of RGO. The RGO/BiVO4 with graphene oxide (GO) of 15% (in mass) exhibited a superior photocatalytic activity, which the degradation rate of MB reached 95% after visible light irradiation for 100 min.
