摘要: 采用气相色谱质谱联用仪对喷墨墨水中有机溶剂进行了定性确证,再采用气相色谱法(氢火焰离子化检测器(GCFID),AC10 (60 m×022 mm×025 μm)石英毛细管色谱柱),以正丁醇和邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为内标物,建立了喷墨墨水中的11种有机溶剂的定量分析方法。明确了11种有机溶剂的检出限,标准曲线的线性相关系数均大于099,2个添加水平的平均回收率分别为665% ~ 1019%和916% ~ 1169%;相对标准偏差为151% ~ 850%。对5种喷墨墨水中有机溶剂的含量进行了测定。

Analysis of 11 Organic Solvents in Inkjet Ink by GC/MS and GC

Abstract: After qualitative confirmation to the organic solvent in the inkjet ink by GCMS, the simultaneously quantitative analysis method by GCFID with AC10 (60 m×022 mm×025 μm) capillary column, and butyl alcohol and dimethyl phthalate as the internal standard has been established. The LOD was determined, and the linear correlation coefficients r was all greater than 099. The average recovery of low and high level amount was 665%—1019% and 916%—1169% respectively, and the RSD was 151%—850%. The content of the organic solvent in 5 inkjet inks was determined.
