AOT/LDHs超薄纳米片制备及表征

摘要: 采用阴离子表面活性剂AOT构建的层状溶致液晶作微反应器,通过共沉淀法制备了平均厚度328 nm的AOT/LDHs杂化物,其中含1~2层类水滑石层片,该杂化物具有典型的层状取向。与之对比,溶液中采用共沉淀法制备的杂化物为形状不规则的颗粒。分别采用XRD、FTIR、SEM、TEM、AFM对产物结构、组成与形貌进行表征,分析了溶致液晶微反应器对类水滑石纳米片的调控作用。

Preparation and Characterization of Ultrathin AOT/LDHs Nanosheets

Abstract:Using the lamellar lyotropic liquid crystal (LLC) composed of anionic surfactant AOT and salt solution as a microreactor, AOT/LDHs hybrid with average thickness of 328 nm was prepared by coprecipitation method. The obtained nanosheets containing 1—2 LDHs layers were of typical layer orientation. As comparison, the hybrid synthesized in solution was irregular shaped particles. Different technologies including XRD, FTIR, SEM, TEM and AFM were applied to characterize the structure, composition and morph of the product. Effects of LLC microreactor on the size and morph of the AOT/LDHs nansheets were analyzed.
