正交试验法优选槐米中黄酮的超声波提取工艺

摘要:

采用正交实验法,利用超声提取技术,优选槐米中提取黄酮的最佳工艺条件。以黄酮的乙醇浸提液在可见光区503 nm处的吸光度为考察指标,应用正交实验法对提取过程中超声功率(A)、提取时间(B)、乙醇浓度(C)、料液比(D)4个因素进行优选研究。结果表明,乙醇浓度与超声波的功率对槐米中黄酮的提取率的影响较为显著,最佳工艺条件为超声功率450 W,提取时间40 min,乙醇体积分数70%,料液比为1∶50。在此优化条件下槐米中黄酮的提取率达到46.31%。

 Optimizing the Extraction of Flavonoids from Sophora Japonica by Orthogonal Design

 Abstract:

The optimum technology for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of flavonoids from sophora japonica was investigated in this paper.The absorbency of flavonoids solution at the wavelength of 503 nm which was considered as research index of the extraction yield was measured by spectrometry. The orthogonal test was conducted to evaluate the effects of four factors including the ultrasonic power(A)、extraction time(B)、ethanol concentration(C)、material/solvent ratio(D)on the extraction yield of flavonoids. The results showed that the ethanol concentration and ultrasonic power had significant effects on the yield of flavonoids.The parameters of the extraction process were optimized to be ultrasonic power of 450 W, extraction time of 40 min, the ethanol concentration of 70%, and the material/solvent ratio of 1∶50. The extraction yield of flavonoids from sophora japonica reached at 46.31% under the optimized conditions.
