水溶性铑-磺化双膦催化的1-辛烯水/有机两相氢甲酰化反应

摘要: 基于水溶性Rh-SulfoXantphos催化剂,研究了水/有机两相体系下1-辛烯氢甲酰化反应的规律。通过添加表面活性剂CTAB,提高了烯烃在水/有机两相间的传质效率。详细考察了水相体积、表面活性剂用量、反应温度、合成气压力和膦/铑比等反应参数对催化性能的影响。Rh-SulfoXantphos催化剂与CTAB的组合表现出高的协同催化作用。在优化的反应条件下, TOF值可达到300 h-1以上,醛选择性高于90%,正异比高于60∶1。反应结束后,水/有机两相能够实现快速分离,水溶性催化剂可循环使用7次,总TON值达到10 145。

Aqueous-Organic Biphasic Hydroformylation of 1-Octene Catalyzed by Water-Soluble Rhodium-Sulfonated Diphosphine Catalyst

Abstract: Herein, the water-soluble Rh-SulfoXanthos-catalyzed hydroformylation of 1-octene under an aqueous-organic biphasic system was investigated. The mass transfer efficiency of olefin between two phases was improved by adding surfactant CTAB. The effects of reaction parameters such as aqueous phase volume, surfactant loading, reaction temperature, syngas pressure and phosphine/rhodium mole ratio on the catalytic performance were examined in detail. The combination of Rh-SulfoXantphos catalyst and CTAB showed the high synergistic effects. Under the optimized reaction conditions, the TOF value can reach more than 300 h-1 the aldehydes selectivity was higher than 90%, and the n/i ratio was higher than 60∶1. Upon completion, the water-soluble Rh-catalyst could be conveniently separated from the two-phase system and reused for seven times, and the total TON value reached 10 145.
