摘要: 本研究利用迭代动态线性化(iterative dynamic linearization, IDL)技术和扩展状态观测器(extended state observer, ESO)来解决非线性非仿射系统的控制问题。针对完全未知的非线性非仿射系统,采用偏格式IDL方法将其转化为等价的迭代线性数据模型(iterative linear data model, ILDM)。设计迭代自适应参数更新律实时估计ILDM中的未知参数,将ILDM中的未建模不确定性和扰动作为扩展状态通过迭代ESO进行估计。随后,提出一种基于ESO的无模型自适应迭代学习控制 (extended state observer-based model-free adaptive iterative learning control, ESO-MFAILC)方案,利用多个过去批次的控制信息来提高控制性能。通过仿真验证了所提方法的有效性。

Extended State Observer-Based Model-Free Adaptive Iterative Learning Control

Abstract: In this paper, iterative dynamic linearization (IDL) technology and extended state observer (ESO) are used to solve the control problems of nonlinear non-affine systems. The partial-form IDL method is used to transform the unknown nonlinear nonaffine systems into an equivalent iterative linear data model (ILDM). An adaptive parameter updating law is designed for real-time estimation of unknown parameters in ILDM. The unmodeled uncertainties and disturbances in ILDM are estimated by iterative ESO as extended states. Then, an extended state observer-based model-free adaptive iterative learning control (ESO-MFAILC) is proposed, which uses the control information of multiple past batches to improve the control performance. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation.
