摘要: 为解决废旧手机带来的环境污染与资源浪费问题,对废旧手机拆解序列规划方法进行了研究。针对多目标优化结果较为单一的问题,提出了基于改进Pareto最优解的手机拆解序列优化方法,该方法可针对不同优化目标生成多个较优解,再由决策者根据实际情况进行选择。创新性地增加了支配关系评分系统,该系统综合考虑了个体间优劣关系及其程度,自动排除干扰个体,使优化结果更加精准。改进了拆解序列的评价指标计算模型,使评价结果更加全面且更有利于分析。最后以iPhone Ⅹ智能手机为例进行验证,分别评选出了在利润评价指标上与时间评价指标上相对较优的拆解序列,并通过支配关系评分系统提高了结果的精确合理性,证明了基于Pareto最优解的拆解序列优化方法、支配关系评分系统以及改良评价指标计算模型的可行性与有效性。

Mobile Phone Disassembly Sequence Planning Based on Improved Pareto Optimal Solution

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution and resource waste caused by waste mobile phones, the method of disassembly sequence planning of waste mobile phones was studied. To solve the problem of single multi-objective optimization result, a mobile phone disassembly sequence optimization method based on improved Pareto optimal solution is proposed. This method can generate multiple optimal solutions for different optimization objectives, and then the decision-maker can choose according to the actual situation. The dominance relationship scoring system is innovatively added, which comprehensively considers the relationship and degree between individuals, automatically eliminates interference individuals, and makes the optimization results more accurate. The evaluation index calculation model is improved to make the evaluation results more comprehensive and more conducive to analysis. Finally, taking the iPhone Ⅹ smartphone as an example, the disassembly sequences that are relatively superior in profit evaluation indicators and time evaluation indicators are selected, and the accuracy and rationality of the results are improved through the dominance scoring system, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the disassembly sequence optimization method based on the Pareto optimal solution, the dominance relationship scoring system and the improved evaluation index calculation model.
